Return and cancellation policy:
5% cancellation fee / up to 45 days before the arrival date,
10 % cancellation fee / between 44-30 days before the arrival date,
20 % cancellation fee / between 29-20 days before the arrival date,
40 % cancellation fee / between 19-15 days before the arrival date,
80 % cancellation fee / between 14-10 days before the arrival date,
90 % cancellation fee / between 9-6 days before the arrival date,
100 % cancellation fee / between 5-0 days before the arrival date or during the stay
Coaches are carefully orchestrated according to flights timetable. In case of flight delays or cancellations, we will do our best to accommodate late arrivals, but we cannot guarantee your place if you are late. Late arrivals will be waited for with due consideration being given to the needs of delayed passengers as well as those already on board or will be placed on the next coach with available seats. Late arrivals will not be refunded.
If you miss your plane due to late arrival or departure of the bus for whatsoever reason, you will not be entitled to a refund of any kind. EXIT Team cannot be held responsible for late arrivals due to traffic, accidents or weather conditions. In case of a breakdown or accident, EXIT Team will provide another vehicle for the passengers to continue their trip. Under no circumstances will EXIT Team pay for passenger's expenses of any kind (taxis, hotels...)
In the event of your booking being canceled by EXIT Team, your money will be refunded (less the service charge), but EXIT Team will accept no responsibility for your alternative transfer arrangements.
Failure to arrive at the property will be treated as a cancellation on your part, and full payment will be due, in accordance with our cancellation policy.

* CANCELLATION RIGHTS OF THE ORGANIZERS:
Prior to the start of the trip, Organizer has the right to cancel Passenger's trip if the Passenger has not fulfilled all the conditions of package/ticket reservation in the manner stated in the General rules and conditions of use.
The Organizer has the right to cancel the trip in the following cases:
- when the Passenger has not made the timely payment of the package/ticket or other reserved services (stated in the General travel terms and conditions)
- when the Passenger failed to timely inform the Organizer of the change of person which the right to the package/ticket is transferred to or other services he/she reserved (as stated in the General travel terms and conditions)
EXIT Trip shall transport all visitors who make reservations and pay for the services in advance. Upon making the payment, within 24 hours at the latest, you shall receive an e-mail as proof of your payment as well as a voucher with a unique identification number. When entering the vehicle or accommodations you should show the voucher in order to be able to enter the vehicle or your accommodations.
EXIT Trip shall not be held responsible if you enter wrong information and as a result of this do not receive the voucher to your e-mail address, or any other complications and damages caused by entering wrong information.

You can pay in full at no specified intervals. Choose your own pace, respecting the due date.
IMPORTANT: All reservations booked in the installments will be canceled if the payment is not made according to the installment plan.
1. To which e-mail address can I send reservation cancellation?
You may send the cancellation to email@example.com.
2. If I cannot travel, can I give the ticket/package to a friend, and what is the procedure?
Yes, you may give the package/ticket to a friend. It is necessary to send the information regarding the person receiving your package/ticket to firstname.lastname@example.org. We shall make the change in our system and charge you 10€ per person per change.
3. What happens if I did not make the payment up until the due date?
In a case when the entire payment has not been made in time, up 'till a month before the trip, as stated in the General trip conditions, the Organizer has the right to retain the sum paid so far and cancel the arrival of the Passenger. The organizer has the right to be reimbursed for the expenses arising from this change.
4. What happens in the case when I have reserved transport and accommodations for several people and one or two people do not show up? Do I get a refund for the people who canceled even though I will be using the services?
There is no refund. The organizer has the right to fully charge you for the reserved accommodation and transport services if they are not canceled in time.
5. What do I need to do in order to make changes regarding my transfer time or date, accommodation type, date or structure?
In case you would like to make changes to your transfer or accommodation (it does not apply to the campsite) you should send an email with required changes information to email@example.com. We shall make a custom order and charge you €10 change fee per person, per booking.
