How to get information needed for my tourist arrangement?
Newsletter is the official festival bulletin where all the necessary information will be summarized. Newsletters will be distributed to all tourists in the bus and at the promo counters 10 days before the festival.
Where is the bus parked?
Buses are parked in the parking lot in front of the airport exit gate.
How do I find the bus?
All the information concerning your departures will be given to you by our representative, who will be at the airport exit gate and other spots, wearing a distinctive EXIT Trip T -shirt and holding an EXIT Trip board.
How earlier should we be at the point of bus departure?
You should be ready 20 minutes prior to the agreed time of departure.
What if I miss the bus?
You can catch the next bus if there are available seats, or we can arrange a car or taxi transfer for you, which is additionally charged.
Where are the bus stops in Novi Sad?
Passengers will be able to get off the bus at two stops: near the hostels and the next camp
Where are points of departure from Novi Sad?
Buses will pick up the passengers at the same stops where they left them.
When will I have all the information in detail?
Detailed information regarding return will be available in newsletter, bulletin and with our guide.

Rules of Conduct?
Bringing alcohol, weapons and narcotics, breaking and destruction of property in the accommodation facility as well as making a mess and disturbing other guests in the facility is forbidden.
When is the check in and check out?
Check in is from 10 am and check out is till 12 (noon)
Each accommodation unit includes:
Bed linen, blankets, pillows, use of bathroom and toilet
Who do I turn to for help in accommodation?
Our staff will be there for you in hostels and at the reception of hotel
