This is a general admission pass for the festival content, including your accommodation and full board service at the Mayto Beach resort, Mexico. 

In the resort there are glamping tents with one double bed. All tents are equipped with a bathroom, shower, hairdryer, an air-conditioning system, a safe deposit box, and a mini refrigerator.

Resort facilities: reception, lobby bar, restaurant, beach with sunbeds. 

Smoking is not allowed on resort grounds, accommodations, and common areas. The organizer is not responsible if the guest does not follow the House Rules of the resort.

During the festival, the dress code is applied for dining at the restaurant. It is not allowed to dine in swimsuits, shorts, or revealing clothes or to walk barefoot during meal serving time. 

The units are assigned upon arrival and handled by the Reception of the resort. The resort takes a deposit upon check-in as well as for the usage of beach towels. The deposit can be granted by credit card**. The organizer does not influence the amount and variety of the resort's deposits. Upon check-out, deposits are reimbursed. It can be deducted for potential harm to the resort's property or unpaid extra costs made by the guest during the stay. The deposit is processed by Reception.

Be aware that it applies the following policy:

50% cancellation fee / up to 90 days before the arrival date,

60 % cancellation fee / between 44-30 days before the arrival date,

70 % cancellation fee / between 29-20 days before the arrival date,

80 % cancellation fee / between 19-15 days before the arrival date,

90 % cancellation fee / between 14-10 days before the arrival date,

100 % cancellation fee / between 5-0 days before the arrival date or during the stay
