Cancellation policies
Plane tickets
Plane tickets are non-refundable
Airport coaches
If you should choose to cancel your airport coaches booking it will incur cancellation charges. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

Coaches are carefully orchestrated according to flights timetable. In case of flight delays or cancellations, we will do our best to accommodate late arrivals, but we cannot guarantee your place, if you are late. Late arrivals will be waited for with due consideration being given to the needs of delayed passengers as well as those already on board, or will be placed on the next coach with available seats. Late arrivals will not be refunded.
If you miss your plane due to late arrival or departure of the bus for whatsoever reason, you will not be entitled to a refund of any kind. EXIT Tim cannot be held responsible for late arrivals due to traffic, accidents or weather conditions. In case of a break-down or accident, EXIT Tim will provide another vehicle for the passengers to continue their trip. Under no circumstances will EXIT Tim pay for passenger's expenses of any kind (taxis, hotels...)
In the event of your booking being cancelled by EXIT Tim, your money will be refunded (less the service charge), but EXIT Tim will accept no responsibility for your alternative transfer arrangements.
Accommodation
If you should choose to cancel your accommodation booking, our cancellation policy is as follows:

Failure to arrive at the property will be treated as a cancellation on your part, and full payment will be due, in accordance with our cancellation policy.
