Cancellation of your reservation


Cancellation and refund of  your reserved accommodation and transport is regulated by the rules of business Article 9, which can be found here.
EXIT Trip will provide with transport all visitors who book and pay for their services in advance. After the payment is carried out in no later than 24 hours, you will have received an email confirming your payment and vouchers with a unique identification number. The vouchers received must be showed before entering a vehicle and/or upon arrival to an accommodating facility.

 EXIT Trip will not be responsible in case if you:

1.      have sent incorrect information, and thus you have not received your vouchers by an email

2.     You have damaged or lost a voucher
