Tests

QUECHUA tent waterproofing is approved for the whole tent under 200 liters of water/hour/sqm (200 mm of rain per hour) for 4 hours. The water column test (=mm schemers) only measures fabric waterproofing.

Test means that tents can prevent any water from getting through the seams, flaps, openings, zips, etc.

Wind resistance: All the tents are tested in a wind tunnel and on a rotating plate to expose each side of the tent to the wind. Tested in real conditions.

*Please note that the price does not include camping ticket, each person must have a camping ticket.

Rental conditions:

• Rental period for the Sea Dance Festival camp runs from Wednesday, 25th August at 12:00 until Tuesday, 31st August at 12:00.

• The following deposits apply €40 per tent, €15 per sleeping bag and €10 per pad.

• Kamper Planet guarantees to set up tents, containing any additional rented equipment, for renters who have already made reservations and paid in advance.

• Kamper Planet will set tents up within 2 hours (weather permitting) of handover.

• Kamper Planet will take down and pack tents, plus take possession of any additional rented equipment, upon completion of the rental period.

• A Rental Agreement, including terms and conditions of return, must be signed by both parties at the time of handover and return of all tents and equipment.

• Kamper Planet will consider the Rental Agreement concluded once all tents and equipment have been returned in good condition and after the agreement is finally signed-off by both parties and all rental deposits have been returned.

• Kamper Planet will attempt to resolve all possible disagreements peacefully, whilst reserving the right to pursue resolution under the law as a last resort.

Renter responsibilities:

• Renters must be of legal age or be a legal entity.

• Renters are responsible for any damage, theft or loss of tents and equipment and must pay for any damage, theft or loss in accordance with Kamper Planet’s damage/loss pricelist. The price list is available for inspection by renters at the Kamper Planet reception desk.

• Renters will inspect their equipment at the time of handover and confirm its condition.

• Renters must return tents and any additional equipment rented in good condition at the place of handover. Renters can return tents before completion of their rental period but must inform Kamper Planet reception staff first.

• Renters must pay all rental deposits in cash at the time of handover. Rental deposits will be returned in cash once Kamper Planet has confirmed that tents and equipment have been returned in good condition.

Kamper Planet Ltd. is not liable or responsible for any damage, theft or loss of tents and equipment during their rental period.
